Emma Turns Three!

I am Three today. I am very imaginative and can tell great stories about things that have not really happened. I also love shoes. I have to pick out my own shoes because my parents do not have as good of taste in style as I do. Thankfully I am dutch, therefore, I have picked out shoes that are still cheap enough for my parents to be willing to buy.

I really like Minnie Mouse so I had Minnie Mouse cupcakes. Plus, instead of having a birthday party I got to go to disneyland instead. My family went and so did the Stones. They have season passes so they can go whenever they want to. I hope Mommy and Daddy decide to do that for us someday. That would be so much fun!

Baby Hettinga #3 Update

Mommy is at the half way mark, only 4 1/2 months to go. She started feeling the baby move last week and is very excited because this is her favorite part of pregnancy. Mommy went to the doctor today for her 20 week appointment. She heard a healthy heartbeat. Mommy is starting to get varicose veins so she has to wear special stockings now like old people do, but otherwise she is doing great. Stay tuned for more Baby Updates because March 5th is her next ultrasound and she gets to find out if we are are having a brother or a sister. Mommy also gets to find out how big the fibroid is growing so please pray for her.
