Backyard Summer Swim Days

This summer has been hot so we have been playing in our kiddy pool/slide.  We have also had some picnic lunches outside so Mommy does not have to clean the floors as much.  It is hard for Mommy to keep the house clean now that there are three of us demanding all of her time. 

Two Little Cooks

This summer Mommy tried to spend some quality time with us while Brandon was sleeping to help with adjusting to having a new sibling in the house.  We got to make lunches, snacks, and other fun treats.  Here are two of our favorites from a science magazine we get each month.  We learned all about starfish so we made pretzel ones to eat.

We also learned about creatures that live in a shell.  We got to make snail sandwiches for lunch.

Play Time

I love my little brother!

 We often like to pretend that we are going to Bible Study.  Here we are reading our Bibles together.

 I am starting to use my hands and feet now to play with toys.

My favorite thing to do is smile in a mirror, especially when Mommy or Daddy are holding me and smiling back at me in the bathroom mirror.

2 Months Already Have gone by!

I am growing so quickly. I am already wearing 6 month clothes.  I am 23.5 inches long and 13 pound and 6 ounces.  I am sleeping really well at night too.  I only make my Mommy get up 1 or 2 times a night.  Mommy is very happy about that.  I also can roll over from my belly to my back when I am angry from having to do tummy time.

 The first month my siblings were jealous of me and did not like me too much, but now they love me and enjoy giving me hugs and kisses, especially my sister.
