Our First Father's Day

Daddy and I had our first Father's Day together. Mommy says Daddy is an amazing father, so helpful, wise, and loving. I agree. I think he is the BEST daddy in the world.

We enjoy playing. Daddy is a lot of fun!

I love my Daddy soooo much!!

My 4 Month Birthday

I am four months now. I am beginning to play with more toys than just my playmat, swing, and jumper. I love using my hands to grab things. I especially enjoy taking off my socks. This lamb was my Mommy's toy when she was a baby.
I also had my 4 month check up. I weigh 14 pounds, 6 ounces and I am 24 1/2 inches long. The Dr. says I am very healthy and growing at a wonderful rate. I received more shots and I did much better this time. I was braver and more cooperative. I only cried until I was given back to Mommy. Mommy did much better too. Since I did not cry much she did not cry either. Last time I cried for a whole 30 minutes and I gave the nurses a hard time with the yucky liquid I had to swallow. This time I swallowed the liquid right away.

I was caught sleeping the afternoon away.

My First Wedding

I was a guest at Christian and Karley Turner's Wedding. They got married on June 13th in Riverside. Here is the lovely couple and me of course.

I hope I am as beautiful and as happy as Karley when it is my turn to get married.

Mommy and I also went to the reception.

I love Grandma so much. I am very happy to be with her.

My adopted Grandma Eleanor from church was my dance partner. I like being with her. She is a lot of fun.

A Week of Fun With the Young and Not So Young

This week Great Grandpa John turned 78. Here we are celebrating his birthday at Olive Garden.

I also had a playdate with Aubryn Stone to celebrate her one month birthday!

Shopping with Grandpa

This week Grandpa, Mommy and I went to Lowes to start a garden. Grandpa is teaching mommy how to grow vegetables. Here is Grandpa and I waiting in Line to buy the stuff we need. Here is our garden. Hopefully mommy is a good student and learned lots from grandpa. We will find out in a couple of months. We have tomatoes, bell peppers, cilantro, zucchini, and green beans. The green beans are only seeds right now so you will have to imagine that they are in the blank area in the garden.

After watching Mommy and Grandpa build their garden I went jumping. Here is a video of me exercising.

A Week of Firsts

I had my first Memorial Day weekend. I have a lot of relatives who have served this country so I can be free. Thankfully they came back safely from war, but are now gone only because they were old and lived a good long life.

I got to play with my jumper for the first time. I did enjoy bouncing, but my seat had a cool pattern and I was more interested in that for now.

I enjoy looking into mirrors now. Can you see my reflection? Don't forget to admire my growing hair. I am not as bald as you think I am.

Mommy left me at Grandma and Grandpa's for the whole afternoon while she did some errands. It was a lot of fun. Grandma has watched me before at my house, but Grandpa got to watch me at his house for the first time and Grandma too of course, but she left Grandpa by himself while she went for a hair cut.
