Visiting Daddy's Family

We went to visit Daddy's family for New Years.  Here we are at Uncle Tony and Aunt Janet's Almond Orchard.  We got to ride on their quad sports through the trees.  Mommy had a hard time dealing with the fact that out here nobody wears helmets and kids drive tractors before they can reach the pedals.

Then we went to Opa`s home.  Uncle Harry showed us the goats and...
We walked through the orchard climbing trees and inspecting almonds that were left from picking season.
Then we all went up to see Uncle Walter and Aunt Donna in Sacramento.

We needed a break from all the visits so we had a picnic at the park.

Look at me...I am taller than Daddy!

Peek-A-Boo!

Enjoying a relaxing afternoon.

Celebrating Christ's Birth

On Christmas Eve we had our traditional Raclette Dinner with Auntie Ellie, Uncle Ed, Nana, Papa, Mommy and Daddy.  It is a fancy way of doing baked potatoes with Raclette cheese (Gruyere cheese for us because Raclette cheese is very expensive and very stinky!)

Singing Happy Birthday to Jesus!

Some of our favorite presents!

I get to ride a motorcycle like Daddy!

I enjoy my tools especially my hammer and screw driver.

I am so excited that I get a new bike that fits me and it has Hello Kitty on it.

Decorating Our Tree

This was Brandon's first year decorating the tree.  Emma was very good at organizing us brothers where to hang our ornaments.

Christmas Tree Shopping

This year we tried out a new Christmas tree farm at Greenspot Farms.  We had a lot of fun.  They had animals to pet like horses, goats, and llamas.

They also had a train to ride on and another train to climb on. The climbing train was the best.

This is our tree!

Next to our tree Papa found a smudge pot made from the same year and company that he worked at when he was a teenager.  This very smudge pot Papa could have made!

While Mommy and Nana paid for our trees we got to have lots of fun at the playground.  This place definitely caters to us kids.

Emma's Preschool Program

I got to be a pilgrim girl for my first program. We made our own costumes.  We sang two songs and did a thanksgiving prayer.  Then we had a thanksgiving feast with our family.  Mommy and Daddy said my teachers organized it very well and we did such a great job performing.  We almost had to cancel because it was snowing, but everyone showed up anyway.

We Have the Best Daddy in the Whole World!

Cuddle time is the best.  Daddy can easily hold three of us.

When we grow up we want to be just like daddy riding our motorcycles to work with our helmets and backpacks.
