I got to meet my 2nd cousins Willem and Madelyn (sorry, Mommy is not good with spelling names). Their Mommy and Daddy, Garret and Kelly are Daddy's cousins. We went to the park together and had a blast.

Sea World
The first sea animals we went to see were the dolphins. I was so excited to see them. All morning I was telling Mommy that I get to see dolphins and they have teeth just like me!

Daddy was working in San Diego alot this month so I was excited to have him home. I wanted him all to myself and I played on his lap.
We play legos alot with Papa, especially when he babysits us.
We found our old bathtub and decided it was great to climb in and out of.

Nolan is Eleven Months Old
I started walking on Monday just 5 days before turning 11 months. I am getting better at it everyday. I also have 5 teeth and I use them very well not only for food but I have found that they work with biting on cribs, tables when I am mad, and my big sister when she steals my toy from me. I am also a very smiley boy. Mommy likes it that when we are out and about doing errands I make people's day great because I smile and coo at them. They always seem to leave our shopping aisle much happier than when they entered it!

A Fire Close To Home
On August 27th we had a Thunderstorm come through and some lightening struck some brush a couple of miles south of our home. The fire burned 375 acres. Thankfully no homes were damaged. These pictures were taken in front of our house.
Two days later the fire re-ignited again because it was hot and windy.
