Brandon is Eight Months Old

I am 20 pounds 12 ounces and 28 inches long. Now that I am crawling and standing I like to follow my siblings where ever they go. Most of the time the three of us get along great, but I also like to destroy their Lego creations and train tracks.  I think I am just playing with them, but Emma and Nolan sure do get made at me.  My favorite time of the day is bath time.  I enjoy playing in the water a lot.

Our Joyful, But Pityful Snow

It is sad that we are so excited about playing in 2 inches of snow. It has been such a dry and warm winter.  All the same, here we are playing in our only snowstorm this winter so far and it melted by noon.

Mommy's happy little Nolan!

Sweet little Emma will be 4 years old in just a month.

We are watching and performing a puppet show.

Emma can add numbers to 10 now so daddy is teaching Emma how to add using symbols.

 

I am getting my first tooth, but you need to look closely.

Look at me! I am standing!  I can't pull my self up yet though. 

Brandon's Firsts at Seven Months

I am already 20 pounds now.  I am the biggest baby out of my siblings so far.  My brother was 20 pounds at a year and Emma was not 20 pounds until she was 18 months old.  I also wear 12 month clothes.  Mommy thinks I am starting to resemble Mommy's side of the family whereas Nolan and Emma resemble more of Daddy's side of the family. I even have a baby picture that looks a lot like Uncle Eric's baby picture.

 

Here I am playing in the sand for the first time since I can sit up so well now.  I like having the sand fall through my fingers. 

I also got my first hair cut.  I was starting to get a weird looking mohawk. Here are a couple of before pictures.

Aunt Judy and Uncle Duane Come for a Visit

Nana's Sister came to Visit us and see how big Brandon is getting.  Uncle Duane is a funny guy and kept teasing us.  We like them a lot.

 

A Family Hike

For New Years we took the family on a hike and Mommy got to use her new Christmas present. We hiked Telegraph Canyon Trail.  It was perfect hiking weather.  We were even able to have a picnic lunch without getting cold.  Mommy and Daddy were really impressed with Emma because we hiked about 4 miles and Emma walked about half of it.  It was nice to have the stroller for us to be able to jump in and out of it to rest or walk.
